During a visit from overseas last month, my dad decided he was going to upgrade our guest room mattress. The Sleep Store is close to home and locally owned, so we made it our first stop. We had been planning to shop at several stores before making a purchase, but the personalized, knowledgeable and courteous service we received from John, the owner, banished all thoughts of moving on to the big boxes. John was a very good listener and asked pertinent questions. He had us try different mattresses as he explained construction methods and materials, and then matched us up with a great mattress at an excellent price. The mattress was delivered and set up within the hour. My dad is very particular about beds, and after the first night, suggested that we buy the same mattress for the master bedroom, too. We'll definitely be back.

My daughter returned to CSU for her junior year without ordering a bed and had no transportation to get around or pick up something that large. I called many places and was told delivery would be at least a week or 2. I did some research and found that Sleep Store was an established, locally owned business and they got great reviews. I called them and told them I was flying blindly, my daughter couldn't make it there to try out mattresses and they told me which they thought was best...and did not try to upsell me. They delivered it the next day as promised and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and information they provided when we couldn't be there to personally pick something out.
