We have been a customer of the Sleep Store in Fort Collins for many years. When we were looking for an articulating bed, the only store in town with that type was the Sleep Store. The product was well priced, delivered according to plan, and has served us well.

We returned for a replacement mattress for the bed a year or so ago and were pleased that the salesperson found the exact type of mattress we wanted. It was painless. Again, the product was well priced!

Recently, our adjustable bed broke and a hard-to-find part was needed. The professionals at the Sleep store were tenacious about finding the replacement part and kept us in the loop during the search process.

Why would anyone work with another store! They have the expertise to guide you to the right products and to provide impeccable service to earn and keep your business.

So happy with my experience at this place. I was looking for a new king bed and Dennis was beyond helpful. He was super patient with my indecisiveness, and he found me a bed to help with my back pain and kept me within my budget. The delivery guys were above and beyond. During a visit from overseas last month, my dad decided he was going to upgrade our guest room mattress. The Sleep Store is close to home and locally owned, so we made it our first stop. We had been planning to shop at several stores before making a purchase, but the personalized, knowledgeable and courteous service we received from John, the owner, banished all thoughts of moving on to the big boxes. John was a very good listener and asked pertinent questions. He had us try different mattresses as he explained construction methods and materials, and then matched us up with a great mattress at an excellent price. The mattress was delivered and set up within the hour. My dad is very particular about beds, and after the first night, suggested that we buy the same mattress for the master bedroom, too. We'll definitely be back.

My daughter returned to CSU for her junior year without ordering a bed and had no transportation to get around or pick up something that large. I called many places and was told delivery would be at least a week or 2. I did some research and found that Sleep Store was an established, locally owned business and they got great reviews. I called them and told them I was flying blindly, my daughter couldn't make it there to try out mattresses and they told me which they thought was best...and did not try to upsell me. They delivered it the next day as promised and I couldn't be happier with the level of service and information they provided when we couldn't be there to personally pick something out.

The owner helped us pick out a bed today. We are two college kids on a low budget, and he spent lots of time helping us find the perfect mattress. We looked at other stores but his was by far our favorite. He had a good selection, and beds for any budget. I was very satisfied with the service, the bed, and the price. I would highly recommend purchasing a mattress here.

My son and I went here to get him a bed for his first apartment after college. The owner was so helpful to us and helped us find the perfect bed. He also got us a great deal so we were able to upgrade to a better mattress. They delivered the bed right on time for his move-in date. Loved the great service here! My son is very happy with his bed.

We visited The Sleep Store in Fort Collins and had the best experience. Before going there we had visited a different mattress place and walked out because it felt like we were buying a used car. Dennis at The Sleep Store was incredible! We learned so much regarding mattresses and ways to get a better sleep that we were astonished. Ended up purchasing a wonderful mattress and sheet set and are so happy we went there. We feel like we walked into the store and left with not only a quality mattress at a great price but also gained a great down to earth friend. Thank you so very much Dennis!!
