We have a 0 day return policy, which means or the Sleep Store do not accept returns or refunds of any kind.

Any product that is purchased through or at Sleep Store is not eligible for a return or a refund of any kind. 

Damages and issues
Any damage to a product must go through the manufacture directly. Please see the warranty of the product purchased to resolve any issues regarding the product. Sleep Store and transactions will include information about the warranty if applicable. 

Any issues regarding delivery or damage from the delivery you may reach out to 970-223-4567 or for information to resolve the issue. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
These products are under the guidelines for a non refund or return on the product. This list includes but is not limited to - Mattresses, Adjustable Bases, Smart Bases, Bed Frames, Pillows, Sheets, Mattress Protectors, Massage Chairs, Reclining Chairs, Day Beds, Futons, Foundations, Sleepers, Night Stands, Dressers, Lights, or any accessories that may be paired with the product. 

We cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

If you have the 365 Guarantied Love Your Mattress bundle you are eligible for an exchange of equal value. Must be within the 365 day sleep trial period (begins from the day receiving the mattress). There is a $150 exchange fee and delivery will need to be charged again if needed.

With the purchase of a mattress protector you have a 30 day sleep trial. You have 30 days (begins from the day receiving the mattress) to exchange the mattress for another of equal value. We do charge a $150 exchange fee and delivery will need to be charged again if needed.
