We are on a mission to serve 500,000 families by the year 2030. This is our Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal (BHAG) and it requires every person at The Sleep Store to do their part. As a roadmap to get there, our core values guide us and keep us on track ensuring that we reach this incredible feat.
As an employee of a company that has these core values, I want to break them down and share what they mean to me.

Even in challenging circumstances, my co-workers have outlooks that everything will work out and it will all be okay.
