Community Sponsorships and Volunteering

Here at The Sleep Store of Fort Collins, one of our core values is to have the Heart & Mind of a Servant. This means that we live to serve our customers, our teammates and the community. Recently, we had the opportunity to support a local school and their fundraising efforts.

Fort Collins Montessori school hosts a fundraising event every year called the Big Give. Because of the Big Give playground equipment has been purchased & installed, new materials for classrooms has been provided, and teachers have been able to participate in ongoing education. The finale of the Big Give is wrapped up with a Sticker Walk. This is an opportunity for the families that attend FCMS to get together, get outside and the fundraising efforts continue!

This year, The Sleep Store planned to host a hot dog stand at the end of the Sticker Walk. Due to weather, the event was moved indoors. The weather didn't stop our team from showing up and giving back to the community! We still had the hot dog stand along with some fun games. At the last minute, we made a sling shot beach ball game - that was a hit with kids and parents. We gave away a twin sized mattress and made a donation for the silent auction that brought in the largest amount of money donated to the school.

It was such a fun day!! Community partnerships like this bring joy to our store.

Volunteering and giving back are vital to a thriving community. We love to do our part. Our goal is to serve 500,000 families and create an exceptional impact. To date for 2024 we've been able to serve 5,719 and since we began this audacious goal we've served 115,395 families. We can't reach these ambitious goals alone and that's why our team takes pride in serving & volunteering.

Check out this vide to see just how much fun we had at this event!

Giving back gives us a deep sense of belonging. This is where we work, live and raise our families!
